Here are the pictures from a recent complete bathroom remodel in Leominster. This old home appeared to have been constructed of materials scavenged from demolished homes. And a previous owner had hacked up some do-it-yourself renovations. It was so bad that it seemed as if the plumbing was the only thing supporting the floor. And the room was further out of square than any we'd ever encountered. But you'd never know it from the "after" pics. We replaced the missing structural members, squared up the room, hired & supervised the plumbing & electrical subcontractors, gutted the room, replaced the ball & claw tub with a modern Jacuzzi, and brought everything up to code compliance.

Kelly's bathroom gut & remodel in Leominster
Here's the before shot showing the antiquated plumbing, and odd ceramic walls. It only hints at the weird flooring with multiple uneven layers of sub-flooring, and the old ball & claw tub that had a folk art-ish ceramic surround:
Here's the same view after we finished, with the fixtures rearranged:
Here's a bit of the floor after stripping everything but the joists, installing new sub-flooring & underlayment, cement board & tile:
