This fabulous estate home was written up in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine after construction in 1964. It was lauded for its use of historic styling & detailing.</div> <bR> <div> When the family decided to liquidate the estate we were called upon to manage the renovations leading to the sale of the home. We either performed or coordinated painting inside & out, carpentry to repair/replace siding, gutters, doors, windows, masonry repairs, and hardwood floor refinishing.</div> <div> None of the Rhoten heirs love locally, so they needed someone trustworthy that could manage all phases of the home's preparation for sale.
